Scholarships Awarded to our Community's Youth

OCAC-CA is committed to supporting the academic pursuits of young people in our community through awarding annual scholarships each spring. Over the past 36 years the chapter has awarded over a quarter of a million dollars to local graduates to continue their studies at the university level. Application materials for the upcoming scholarship cycle are posted in January of each year. Award amounts vary depending on the size and scope of the application pool.

Past Scholarship Awardees

OCAC-CA Academic Scholarship awardees have gone on to study at some of our nations most prestigious institutions and state universities including but not limited to USC, Columbia University, Howard University, and Spelman College.
