OCAC of Delta Sigma Theta serves Orange County, California, America’s 5th largest county. Our service is driven by our Five Programmatic Thrusts of Economic Development , Physical and Mental Health Awareness, EducationalDevelopment, International Awareness and Involvement as well as Political Awareness and Involvement. Serving the area for over the past 30 years the OCAC has provided over $200,000 in scholarships and countless service hours to the community. We have partnered with other organizations to meet the needs of the community and support projects that raise awareness and have a positive impact on the community. OCAC is a 501(c)(7) organization. The deadline date for applications is March 31, 2013 5:00 pm. All complete application packages must be posted mark by this date to be considered.
General Information and Instructions:
- All applicants must be residents of Orange County.
- Three letters of recommendation must be submitted which comment on your activities, character, and initiative.

The 1st Annual Impact Awards held on Saturday, February 25, was a huge success!
Our seven honorees were humbled by the attendace of over 300 guest
to congratulate them on their honors. We were led in singing the
Black National Anthem by internationally acclaimed soprano, Brenda
Jackson and had an inspirational keynote address by Delta Sigma
Theta's Farwest Regional Director, Sandra Phillips Johnson. Guest
also enjoyed our art auction of works by Charles Bibbs and Martino
Dorce'. We'll see you again next year for our 2nd annual Impact
Awards!
